/2 Mortgage from Isaac Gardner of Stratford-upon-Avon, victualler, to Thomas Woods Weston of Stratford-upon-Avon, esq., of the 'Red Horse Hotel', 18 August 1819. (See 18 August 1819 below.)

/3 Assignment from William Barnes of Sherborne, gent., with the consent of John Gardner of Wellesbourne, chandler, and his mother, Ann Gardner, widow to James Samuel Tidmas of Leeds, co. York, haberdasher, of the mortgage of 5 June 1813 (see above); 15 January 1821.
