Joel Morris late of West Bromwich) to John Alexander of St. Andrews, Holborn, gentleman (reciting DR318/1/2, and that the mortgage therein described was now vested in Charles Glover), of the property described in DR318/1/1; to hold the same as a tenant of the freehold that a recovery may be had against him by Samuel Mead of West Bromwich, gentleman, to the use of the said five children.
