Conveyance from Mathew Wise of Leamington Priors, esquire, to John Lawrence of the same yeoman, of a close in Leamington Priors called Bancroft in the tenure of William Jervis, bounded on the east by land of Thomas Aston, on the west by the land of John Lawrence, on the south by the common field called Brick Kiln Field, and on the north by the road from Warwick to Southam; in exchange for this, and for £12 John Lawrence conveys to Mathew Wise a close of pasture in Leamington Priors in the tenure of John Lawrence, bounded by land of Mathew Wise, the common field called Millmore Field, the street and land leading to [the land of] Mathew Wise, and the lane leading to Millmore.
