Description
Copy of probate dated 5 October 1807 of the undated will of Jabez Jagger of Stratford upon Avon, supervisor of excise. He devises his real and personal estate after his death and that of Ann his wife to their son Joseph Jagger. [sic]. Also, copy of the oaths of John Gardner of Stratford, innholder, and John Marriott of the same, grocer, that the will was in the handwriting of the deceased.
