Settlement on the marriage between Mathew Crowly, son of Edward Crowly of Kinwarton, labourer, and Anne Durling the younger, daughter of Edward Durling of Great Alne, husbandman, and Anne his wife (daughter and heiress of Richard Howlett late of Great Alne, labourer) being a conveyance from the said Edward Durling and Anne his wife, to William Eedes of Kinwarton, clerk, and Lawrence Watson of the same, glazier, of a cottage in Great Alne; to hold the same for the residue of a term of 2000 years in trust to allow the said Mathew Crowly and Anne Durling (and the longer liver of them) to enjoy the profits thereof, with remainder to their issue.
