Conveyance by lease and release from Henry Greves of Stratford-upon-Avon, timber-merchant, with the consent of his mortgagee, John Hitchman of Stratford-upon-Avon, currier and leather cutter, and his trustee (Robert Bell Wheler) to Henry Bennett of Stratford-upon-Avon, baker and his trustee (Richard Bennett, his brother, of Stratford-upon-Avon, victualler) reciting DR603/29-30, for £580 (£300 paid to John Hitchman to discharge the mortgage and £280 to Henry Greves), of a messuage in Sheep Street in the tenure of Henry Greves and adjoining a messuage of which it once formed part and which this day has been conveyed by John Greves to the said Henry Bennett; together with six cottages at the rear (tenants as in DR603/29-30).
