Conveyance from the trustees of the will of Joseph Walter Simonds (dated 18 April 1878, recited), with the consent of his mortgagee, Henry Small, to William Whitworth of Lincolns Inn, barrister-at-law, for £300, of the premises described in DR745/54, now in the occupation of Mary Elizabeth Hitchcock.
