Conveyance by lease and release from Joseph Lavender of Evesham, co. Worcs., gentleman, with the consent of Henry Lucas of Talton, co. Worcs., and John Lord of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, devisees under the will of the late John Pearshouse Drury of Stratford-upon-Avon, to Pearshouse Drury of Evesham, brazier, 16, for £880 due to the said Pearshouse on the recited mortgages and for a further £135 paid by him to the said Henry Lucas and John Lord, of two newly erected messuages in High Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, one in the tenure of --- Duffin, and the other late of John Pearshouse but now untenanted; a;so a close in Old Stratford called the Sling lying next to Butt Close, bounded on the north by the Warwick Road.
