Includes: - abstract of title (1805) of Richard Chattock, as the surviving devisee of Elizabeth Wedge, widow, to two small freehold estates in Packwood, from 1652 - abstract of a conveyance from Richard Chattock of Solihull gent. (surviving trustee as above) and his mortgagees (the executors of the late William Dester, late of Edstone, gent. who was the executor of the late Edward Tallis, late of Henfield in Knowle, farmer) to Phoebe Flint of Bentley, spinster, of six closes of land in Packwood, 18 and 19 February 1806 - abstract of conveyance from Phoebe Flint of Knowle, spinster, to James Cornwallis Bishop of Lichfield and Coventry, of a close of land in Packwood, 7 and 8 May 1816 - abstract of conveyance from the same to the same of land in Packwood, 20 and 21 March 1818 - abstract of a conveyance from the executors of James Hurst, late of Solihull, farmer, to James Cornwallis, bishop of Lichfield and Coventry, of two pieces of land in Packwood, 5 and 6 March 1821. With sale particulars for these and for land in Hampton-in-Arden and Solihull, 7 August 1820. - correspondence etc. between the Birmingham and Oxford Railway Company and agents for [James Mann] Earl Cornwallis, concerning the purchase of some of his land, 1846-52.
