Mortgage from Marmion Edward Ferrers (at the direction of George Earl of Macclesfield and Robert Willoughby of Jersey, trustees of his father's marriage settlement) to James Kibblewhite of Langham Place, esq., Clement Hue of Bedford Square and Samuel Merriman of Grosvenor Square, of estates in Baddesley Clinton, Lapworth and Rowington (specified in a detailed schedule) to secure £3,200 due to Charles Ferrers of Hampton Lodge and Compton Gerard Ferrers of Baddesley Clinton under the terms of their father's marriage settlement (no DR 422/36), having reached the age of 21. Endorsed with: i) 14 July 1841: further charge to secure £1000 for the use of Lady Harriet Anne Ferrars Ferrers, mother of Marmion Edward Ferrers ii) 29 November 1845: further charge to secure £4,800 due to Margaret Ann Ferrers, having reached the age of 21, and Constance Charlotte Ferrers, having married, due to them under the terms of their father's marriage settlement (no DR 422/36) iii) 13 April 1848: further charge to secure £1,200 for the use of Tamworth George Ferrers, having secured a commission in the army, due to him under the terms of his father's marriage settlement (no DR 422/36). iv) 29 November 1866: assignment of mortgage, now totalling £13,000 to the Estate Trustees of the Law Insurance Society.
