With - Draft release in trust to sell from John Smith of Pathlow, victualler, to Robert Hobbes of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., of two closes of land in Wilmcote, 7 June 1811 - Agreement for sale and purchase of land at Pathlow between John Smith of Pathlow, yeoman, and Joseph Smith, 7 February 1831. - Licence from Henry Earl of Abergavenny to John Smith to assign leasehold property, 11 May 1831.
