Description
Certified copy of the will of Clement Kynnersley of Sutton Hall, co. Derby, residing at Montague Place in Saint Giles in the Fields, co. Middx., esquire, dated 21 January 1815, bequeathing lands and hereditaments in Uttoxeter, Gratwich, Kingston and Brumshall, co. Staffs., called Loxley Park and an estate at Carshalton, co. Surrey, to his nephew, Thomas Sneyd of Loxley Park, esquire, on condition that he take the name Kynnersley.
