Probate of the will (19 February 1897) of Thomas Hendley of Dodwell, Old Stratford, farmer. - To brother Solomon (of Sandfields, farmer) messuages and lands in Grafton. - To sisters Alice and Mary Ann Hendley: residue of real estate and whole of personal estate to be divided equally between them. If Mary Ann predecease testator, then her share to her daughter, Emma, at 21. Brother and sister executors. December 1907 Letters of Administration in the estate of Thomas Hendley, Ardens Grafton, market gardener, who died 13 May 1888, granted to his son Solomon. With Legacy Duty papers, executors' accounts and account of the proceeds of the sale of the Grafton estate, 1908, divided between the other surviving children of Thomas, senior, i.e. Ellen Plummer and Elizabeth Pardoe, Amelia Salmon, William Hendley.
