Lease of possession from Edward Underhill of London, gent., son and heir of Edward Underhill, late of Upthorp in the parish of Alderminster, co. Worc., esq., and Edward Underhill and Hercules Underhill of London, grocers, uncles of the said Edward Underhill the younger, to Edward Caning the elder, of Upper Eatington [Ettington], butcher, of two messuages, cottages or tenements, with one yardland of arable meadow and pasture in Upper Eatington, now or late in the tenure of Thomas Kitchin and Francis Walker. Witnesses: F. Oldfield, William Gibson, Thomas Walker and Benjamin Lyndeley.
