Draft abstract of title of John Stephens of Arrow to three messuages with gardens in Bleachfield Street, Alcester, and two messuages in Evesham Street, Alcester, commencing with the probate of the will of William Whissell of Alcester, gent., dated 1 April 1783, and ending with a conveyance, dated 29 October 1793, from George Whissell to John Stephens; and also to leasehold premises called the Hind Inn with appurtenances and also a messuage in Henley Street, Alcester, commencing with a lease, dated 18 August 1788, between George Earl of Warwick of the first part, George Whissell of Binton, yeoman, of the second part, and John Bird of Warwick, gent., of the third part, and ending with a release, dated 15 September 1801 from George Earl of Warwick to the said John Stephens.
