Lease for a year and release dated 24/25 January 1720/1 (Old style) [1721] by Ann Challoner, of London, widow of William Challoner, late of Stratford upon Avon, gent., and William Challoner of St. Giles in the Fields, gent., son and heir of the same, to Edward Fletcher, of Stratford, gent., of the equity of redemption etc. of a messuage in Rother Street or Rother Market purchased by William Challoner, the father, of Richard Tyler and mortgaged by him for 1000 years, on 6 March 1716/7 (Old style) [1717], to Samuel West, late of Stratford, and since become vested in the said Edward Fletcher.
