Indenture dated 3 Dec. 16 Elizabeth ( 1573) Dame Alice Leigh, widow of Sir Thomas Leigh kt alderman of London, of the Ist part; Sir John Spencer of Althrop, alias Oldthorp, kt, and Sir Thomas Leigh of Stoneleigh son of Sir Thomas and Alice, of the 2nd part; Sir William Cordell kt, Master of the Rolles, John Southcote Justice of the Pleas, Thomas Bromley Esq, Solicitor General, and Edward Baher of Lincoln's Inn.
