Description

Conveyance by lease and release from Francis Findon of Shipston-upon-Stour, co. Worcs., gent., and Anthony Parker of Upper Ettington [Eatington], yeoman, and Sarah his wife, to Edward Roberts of Oxford, gent., reciting nos. 18-20, for £119 18s 0d. paid to the said Francis Findon and £480. 2s. 0d. paid to the said Anthony Parker, of a messuage with appurtenances and two plots of land containing together 10 acres 1 rood 18 perches in Upper Ettington [Eatington] in the tenure of the said Anthony Parker; with an assignment from William Gardner of Oxhill, grazier, with the consent of Elizabeth Blakeman of Todenham, co. Gloucs., widow, to the said Edward Roberts, for £300, of a mortgage of the said premises, to merge with the inheritance. Covenant to levy a fine to the said Edward Roberts from the said Anthony Parker and Sarah his wife and Robert Lyne of Rendcomb, co. Gloucs., farmer and Rachel his wife, the latter having omitted to levy a fine as covenanted in an indenture of 5 April 1791 (no. 12). Signed and sealed by Elizabeth Blakeman, William Gardner, F.
