Witnesses: Thomas Compton, senior, capital bailiff of Stratford, Richard Ilmendon and Robert Pynkes, sub-bailiffs and Nicholas Saucer and William Westyngton. Dated at Stratford, Thursday after the feast of the Assumption of the blessed Mary, 9 Edward III [1335]. Seal of red wax, a capital T in heater shaped shield and above it the initials ERCI (?)
