Indenture of Mortgage from Sir Henry John Parker, Bart., of Honington to Parke Goddard of St. Pauls, Covent Garden, esq., and Anne his wife, sister of the said Sir Henry John Parker, (reciting no. 2009 and also a mortgage dated 16 October 1730 by Sir Henry John Parker to Anne Parker for the better securing of the sum of £3000 upon hereditaments at Cookham, co. Berks., and that after the date of the said recited mortgage Anne Parker married Parke Goddard) whereby it was witnessed that for better securing of the said sum of £3000 the said Sir Henry John Parker confirmed and re-mortgaged the said hereditaments by a term of 1000 years subject to the mortgage to the Countess of Bradford, together with others in Hampton-in-Arden, Honington, Fleet Street, London, Talton, Alderminster, Armscott, Tredington and Newbold, subject to the said prior mortgage to the Countess of Bradford. Witnesses: Joseph Hunt, John Dovey junior, Margure Ward and George Conyers.
