Declaration of the Uses of a Fine: Upper House and Chapel House, Honington

Indenture to declare the uses of a Fine between Henry Dodd of Honington, gent., and Susannah his wife of the one part, and Thomas Harbidge of Bishopton, yeoman, and William Neale of Honington, yeoman, of the other part, whereby Henry Dodd and Susannah his wife, for barring all estates tail etc., agreed with Thomas Harbidge and William Neale to levy a fine of and upon a messuage, barn, stable, garden and appurtenances in Honington called the Upper House and certain closes and other hereditaments, including those referred to in ER3/2074, such fine to enure, as to part of the premises called the Upper House, a close lying before the said messuage, another close in the occupation of William Morrell and two closes called Wattens Closes, to the use of Henry Dodd and his heirs for ever, and, as to closes called Brandis Crofts, Londons Close, and Dovehouse Close, to the use of Thomas Harbidge and his heirs for ever, and, as to and concerning a cottage called Chapel House and a close called Chapel Close, to the use of William Neale and his heirs for ever.
