Cookes Family: Worcestershire title deeds - Bond

Description

Bond from John Pachet of London', serjeant-at-mace of London', and John Chaunce of Bromesgrove, Worcs., husbandman, to Henry Coks of Tardebigge, husbandman, in the penal sum of £ 40 so that the heir of the said John Pachet when he comes of age shall release to the said Henry Coks all rights in lands and tenements in Bromesgrove which the said John Pachet has sold to the said Henry Coks.
