Appointment by Richard Whytteley, Humphrey Jacob, Henry Jekes, Robert Vsgoby clerk, John Osberne and Thomas Hukyns of Thomas Hatte clothmerchant `pannarium' of Cobynton' as attorney to deliver seisin to Nicholas Metley and John Watson clerk of the manor of Baddesley Clynton' and the advowson of the church there, together with all lands, tenements, meadows, pastures, feedings, rents, reversions, services, wardships, marriages, reliefs, homages, escheats with all appurtenances belonging to the said manor.
