Reciting grant dated 12 August 1457 by Ralph Boteler, lord of Sudeley and John, lord Beauchamp, knights to Thomas Littleton, serjant at law, John Bellers, Everard Digby, John Temse, John Seggesmond, clerks, Thomas Boughton, Henry Boteler, Thomas Moston, Richard Wode, Thomas Acton, Richard Prudham, John Justyice, clerk and William Braytoft, of all lands, tenements c. as above, of which premises Breton et al hold by grant from Richard Verney, esq., one tenement and appurtenances in Northampton called 'le Newelonde' which Henry Stone formerly held and which are excepted from quitclaim.
