Description
Lease and release, the release being a conveyance, from Margaret Widdowes of Wixford, widow of Giles Widdowes of the same, yeoman deceased, and John Widdowes, son and heir of the said Giles to John Staples of Wixford, yeoman of a messuage late in the tenure of John Allen, then of Margaret Widdowes, with lands (described) in Wixford, Exhall, Broom and Bidford.
