Description
Probate of the will, dated 10 January 1800, of Sarah Welchman of Stratford-upon-Avon, spinster, bequeathing to her cousin, Elizabeth Parsons, 'who now lives with me', her messuage in Sheep Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, now divided into two houses, one in her own occupation and the other late in the tenure of Mr Hamp but now untenanted; to hold for life, with reversion to the testator's nephew, John Walker.
