Spernall deed
Description
Assignment of lease from Thomas Garrett of Spernall, gent. and Dorothy his wife to Thomas Field of Haselor, yeoman of a close etc. called Hasdens furlong, reputed to be part of the lands of the dissolved monastery of Cookhill, late in the tenure of Thomas Grene and then of Thomas Garrett, lying in Over Spernall in Spernall near a cross called Hasdens Cross, with the highway on the W. and the land of Thomas Garrett to the E.
