Description

Covenant to levy a fine between Mary Yate, daughter of Sir Charles Yate, late of Buckland, Berks. bart., Dame Mary Yate, mother of the said Sir Charles, and Apolonia Yate, sister of the said Sir Charles, and Robert Kinsman of Kelvedon, Essex, gent. and Francis Coffyn of Buckland, Berks. gent. of the manor of Moor Hall and messuages and lands in the same in the parish of Belbroughton, and a messuage and lands in the parish of St. Nicholas in Droitwich, late in the tenure of William Squire, with 11 boilerys or vats of salt water in Upwich, 1 seal for making salt and 1 crib for keeping salt etc. (certain exceptions listed), for the use of the said Dame Mary Yate.
