Description
Lease for 900 years from William Allen the elder of Wixford, yeoman to John Chapman of Broom in Bidford, yeoman of a messuage called Needes Mese in Wixford, half a yard land in the common fields of Wixford and Exhall, late in the tenure of William Garrett, meadow in Wixford meadow, late in the tenure of Thomas Bidle, and lands at a place called the Marridge in the parish of Bidford.
