Abbots Morton deed

Description

Letters patent being a licence of alienation from Richard Ownested gent. to William Gostwick and Edward Williams gents. of three parts of 15 acres of pasture and 280 acres of wood (divided into four parts) in Abbot's Morton. To hold for the use of Anne Scooley widow, for life, then for Elizabeth Throckmorton for life, then for Richard Maunsell, first son of the said Elizabeth, and his male heirs, then for John Maunsell, her second son, and his male heirs, then for Dyve Maunsell, her third son, and his male heirs, then for Edward Throckmorton, her fourth son, and his male heirs, then for Wodden Throckmorton, her daughter, and her male heirs, or for the right heirs of the said Elizabeth for ever.
