Lease and release, the release being a conveyance from Francis Ingram Seymour Conway, Marquess and Earl of Hertford to Sir John Courtenay Throckmorton of Buckland, Berks. bart. of c. 2 acres of land called Oversley meadow in Oversley, in the tenure of Mary Whissell, widow, late the property of the Earl of Warwick and sold by him to the grantor.
