Studley deed
Description
Lease and release, the release being a conveyance from Peregrine Dealtry of Spanish Place, Manchester Square, Middlesex esq. to Robert Berkley of Spetchley, Worcs. esq. of the tithes of corn and grain and other great of rectorial tithes from lands in Studley (described) belonging to the said Robert Berkley in the tenure of George Hollis, purchased by the said Peregrine from Robert Knight of Barrels House, esq., with a covenant by the said Robert Berkley to produce deeds etc.
