Description

Deed to create a tenant to the praecipe from Sir George Throckmorton of Weston Underwood, Bucks. bart. and others to George Eyston of Gray's Inn, Middlesex, esq. of the the Duke's manor and St. John's manor in Buckland, Buckland House and messuages and lands in Buckland, Hinton Walrist and Barcote, etc. Berks., the manors of Chaddesley Corbett and Throckmorton with messuages and lands in the same, Worcs., the manor, manor house and rectory of Coughton, the manors of Sambourn, Spernall, Oversley, Upton Haselor and the reputed manor of St. Giles alias Nunwood in Spernall, with messuages and lands in the same and in Wixford, Broom, Exhall, Arrow, Studley and Great Alne (some described).
