Lease by John Steele, Sutton under Brayles [Sutton under Brailes], Glos, yeoman, one of the sons of John Steele, late of Cherington, Warks., yeoman, deceased to William Edden of Burmington, yeomen and William Steele of Cherington, miller, of a messuage or tenement in Cherington lately built by John Steele, father of John Steele and adjoining 2 houses of the said John Steele being the uppermost of the said 3 houses next to the cow pasture or infields and also one half part of the Bankside next adjoining to it being one of the said 3 houses above mentioned and in the possession of John Guznett as tenant of John Steele and all those several lands leys and parcels of land lying in the open and Common Fields of Cherington..
