Robert Cornwall of the Borough of Warwick, esq. and Sarah, his wife, late Sarah Mills, widow and sole existing executrix of the last Will and Testament of John Mills, late of the Six Clerks' Office, London, gent., deceased, her former husband, of the first part, Bazill Herne and William Smith esqs, the two senior Six Clerks of the High Court of Chancery, of the second part, and John Barnard, London, esq. of the third part. Robert Cornwall and Sarah, his wife have bargained and sold to John Baffin, a messuage and homestall close and 3 yardlands in Idlicote heretofore in the tenure or occupation of John Kidd, gent., deceased, now or late Edward Atwood, all that messuage and homestall close and 2 1/2 yardlands in the tenure or occupation of Widdow Allis, but now or late Abraham Sale, all that messuage and homestall closes and 2 yardlands herertofore in the tenure of Widdow Gibbs but now Hercules Underhilll esq, all that messuage and homestall and 2 1/4 yardlands of Thomas Godd the elder, but now of Thomas Godd the younger, a messuage and homestall close and 1/4 yardland, was George Bl____ but now Hercules Underhill, a messuage and close, late John Wilson, but now Richard Morley, blacksmith, and 5 cottages, Richard Flatt, widow Squib, Willaim bates and Jonathan Hopkins.
