Two manuscript volumes of notes and accounts: Memorandums Relative to the Estate in Stratford-on-Avon, 1804-1810 Notes and accounts regarding the disposal of the estate of John Keen (c1710-1790), the grandfather of Samuel Maurice. The estate included a house and barn in Henley Street, Bridghams Meadow, a farm leased to Leonard Court, Gardners Meadow, Redland Piece. Memorandums of Particular Occurrences Genealogical notes relating to the Maurice (Morris) family and Keen family, notes relating to property transactions and legacies. Probably mainly contemporary with the above volume, but with later annotations dating 1846-1875.
