Description
Grant of a term of 99 years in a yardland and premises in Wilmeston [Wimpstone] in the Parish of Whitchurch, co. Warwicks by Allen Lock of Warwick, mercer to Thomas Lock of Preston upon Stower [Preston-on-Stour], co. Gloucester, his brother, yeoman, conditional upon Allen Lock not making the payments due on two Bonds to John Hawkins of Admington, co. Gloucester, yeoman and Katherine Lock of Preston aforesaid, spinster, in which case the Term will be void and cancelled. Signed by Allen Lock. See also ER3/5131.
