Description

Final concord, made at Westminster, the Morrow of the Ascension, 44 Edward III, before Robert Thorp, John Mowbray, William de Fyncheden and William de Wychingham, justices between William Griseley, clerk, John Vincent of London and John Planefield, clerk, plaintiffs and Thomas Murdak, 'chivaler', deforciant, of the manor of Compton Murdak with appurtenances, excepting one messuage, two carucates of land, sixteen pounds in rents in the same manor, which Alice, who was the wife of John Murdak holds as her dower and which after her death reverts to the said William, John, John and the heirs of William.
