Counterpart of DR98/118 viz:
Lease by Ralph Botiller, knight, lord of Sudeley, John Beauchamp, knight, William Breton, Thomas Hill, John Redehede and Laurence Vyler, clerks to Richard Verney, esq., of the manors of Kingston by Chesterton and Compton Murdak, Avon Dasset, Lighthorne, Sutton Coldfield and Tamworth in Warwickshire, in the town of Northampton in Northamptonshire and Querndon in Buckinghamshire which they hold by gift and feoffment of the said Richard Verney; together with all their goods and chattels, moveables and unmoveables, living and dead, of whatever condition, by whoever held which they also hold by gift and feoffment of the said Richard Verney;

To hold the same for the term of twenty years, paying annually for the manors of Kingston and Compton Murdak £53 6s 8d and for all other lands and goods £36, quarterly at the four usual feasts and rendering account of the goods and chattels whenever required.

Licence to said Richard to assign or lease premises without suffering any impeachment of payments to grantors. Right of distraint if payments in arrears by forty days.
