Description

Grant by Sir John Murdak, Lord of Compton Murdak to John, son of John Tanner ('bercarii') of Compton Murdak, Alice his wife and John their son, for their lives and the life of the longest liver, one messuage and one virgate of land with appurtenances, commodities and easements, in the vill of Compton Murdak, which John, father of the said John, held.

Paying annually twenty shillings at the four usual terms.
