Affidavit of Hannah Roadnight, wife of William of Hampton Lucy, aged 57, as to the site of a messuage in occupation Mr. Sabin, built by Benjamin Smith, standing on the place of an earlier house in the successive tenures of Thomas Clarke, Benjamin Barran and Robert Pritchett, and which itself was built on the site of 4 cottages, in the tenures of John Edwards, Thomas Powell, Robert Hawkes and Francis Worrall which had burnt down.
