Description

Agreement between Samuel Cox of Admington, gardener, and Joseph Jackson of Stratford-upon-Avon, victualler, viz: Samuel Cox relinquishes to Joseph Jackson all right to a piece of waste land at Charlotts Green in Marston Sicca, opposite to the orchard belonging to his (Samuel's) cottage now in the occupation of William Freeman, and to any right to enclose the same: In return, Joseph Jackson grants to Samuel Cox a right of way along a certain drift way out of the common highway leading to the said cottage and to a cottage belonging to Joseph Jackson.
