10 August 1837 Attested copy of the Will of John Barnes of Luddington, with: Draft conveyances from his Trustees of property in Henley Street to Ann Parker of Shottery, spinster (29 September 1843) William Parker of Butlers Marston, farmer (23 May 1845), Prudence Parker of the same, spinster (13 September 1850) and John Parker of Birmingham, draper (25 August 1854). Also included are other testamentary papers, 1838-1839, and four letters from relatives in Canada, two from a nephew and legatee, William Barnes, to the executors' solicitors 1840-1841, and two from the deceased's sister-in-law, Jane Barnes (widow of George Barnes) addressed to the deceased's brother, William Barnes of Butlers Marston, 1816-1817.
