Grant by Richard Verney of Compton Murdak, esq., to Ralph Botiller, knight, lord of Sudeley, John Beauchamp, knight, William Breton, Thomas Hill, John Redehede and Laurence Vyler, clerks of all his lands, tenements, rents, reversions, services and appurtenances in Compton Murdak, Kingston, Chesterton, Avon Dasset, Lighthorne, Sutton Coldfield and Tamworth in Warwickshire, in the town of Northampton in Northamptonshire and Querndon in Buckinghamshire.

As also all his goods and chattels, moveables and unmoveables, living and dead, of whatever condition, by whoever held and wherever situate within the realm of England.

To hold all real estate of the chief lords of the fees for services due and accustomed, and all goods absolutely.
