Copy made 17 June 1791 of the Probate of the Will dated 14 April 1773 of Mr Thomas Wells of Upper Brailes, husbandman. Trustees: John Bickerstaffe of Upper Brailes and Thomas Edden of Lower Brailes, to hold the estate to the use of his wife Elizabeth for life on certain payments to children Thomas, John, Mary and Elizabeth eldest son, Richard. Wife executrix. Witnesses: Thos Brewer, Mary Bickerstaff and Richard Godson.
