Grant by Sir Thomas Murdak, lord of Compton Murdak to John Jones of Compton Murdak, of one messuage and one virgate of land with appurtenances, which Geoffrey Croppeal formerly held of said Thomas, at the annual rent of seven shillings, payable quarterly at the usual terms.
