No. 21 Wood Street: lease from the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Stratford-upon-Avon to Jacob Curtis of Stratford-upon-Avon, woolcomber (on the surrender of a lease of 24 years to Joseph Dury, dated 11 July 1711) of a messuage in Wood Street late in the tenure of Joseph Dury and now of Thomas Heritage, bounded by a messuage late of Joseph Bruce on the east and a messuage of William Frensham on the west and measuring 24' 2" along the street and 187' 6" in length; to hold for 41 years at an annual rent of 12 shillings.
