Oxon, yeoman and Elizabeth, his wife, and Richard Maul of Milton, wheelwright, of the first part, Richard and William James of Milton, yeoman of the second part, and Thomas Partridge, plumber of the third part, of a cottage etc. in Milton. Signed and sealed. Witnesses: Wm Newell, Lyne Councer, Wm Turner and Robt Lovell.
