Settlement by Ann Keck, widow, Richard Vokins and Mary, his wife, daughter of Wm and Ann Keck, to Avery Vokins, William Costard, Sanders Kerton and John Parkes, of a messuage and three yardlands in Stretton, late John Saulter, two yardlands bought of Proctor, a moiety of a close and half yardland bought of Canning and Gibbs, and half a yardland bought of Keck of Great Bourton, in Trust to lead to a Fine and a Recovery.
