Conveyance by lease and release from Samuel Manison of Stratford-upon-Avon, druggist, to Edwards Hawkes of Stratford-upon-Avon, ironmonger, for £110, of a piece of land, being part of Lot 16 in the sale of 26th and 27th September 1809 (see DR774/4), having a newly laid out road on the west, lands of the Stratford-upon-Avon Corporation in the tenure of Isaac Gardner on the east, part of Lot 16 in the occupation of William Punker on the north and Lot 17, purchased by John Fetherstone on the south.
